Where Have I Been?
Hey all!!!!
How are you?
So I know I kind of dropped off the online world for a little bit...my apologies. Although I'm done posting, I do like keeping in touch with all of you...it's always nice to hear what some of you think and what you guys are up to!
Anyway, I wish I had an entertaining tale to tell you about where I went off too...but alas...I do not. All I can say for myself is that I was busy with a lot of work...massive mountainous amounts that just don't seem to end. There were also a few conferences around town so...I ended up going. It was pretty uneventful stuff, I mean...I'm kinda wishing I could tell you all about some trip I took to some far corner of the Earth and meeting an alluring but mysterious stranger with blue eyes- that would be the writer in me...lol! (I definitely need to find myself a Matthew...-_-' *sigh*)
As some of you - whoever decides to actually read this - may notice, I have added a few things here. I finally took some time last week and put up summaries of all three of my novels. I'm hoping to clean them up and make them more appealing with a little bit of help. That's where I'm hoping you lot will come in! So a few days ago I requested if you could let me know what some of your favourite quotes are from my writing, starting with IOT. It would mean a lot if you guys could take some time to send those in. I'll ask about SWFF and ATWCB later on.
I'm also thinking about posting some stuff to help out writers that are starting out, since I usually get some questions on how I write. Having gone through writing three 'novels'...I hope I can help you with your stories.
Another change is the side bar. It has some of the books I plan to read this summer. Yea...I've mentioned a few of them before...but I still haven't sat down and finished them...-_-' There's always something that comes up...anyway, now that I've listed them for you all to see, I'm hoping it'll push me to read them. Also you can always suggest what else should be on the list. I'm sure I've missed listing plenty of great summer books. Also please let me know which authors from FP have stories that I might want to read and review! I'll list them on the side as well!
Well...I hope you guys are having a brilliant summer! Relax and enjoy it while it lasts! Good luck to Team Canada in the London 2012 Olympics!!! And I'll see you on the flip side! =D
